Thoughts brought up about fixing amendments in bylaws, which are now posted on the forums.

Quality v. Quantity
Do a 'kick-ass' event each month, which would have more of an impact than bi-weekly meetings.

Also have the thought that meetings should be only a half hour
All committees and executive officers will work outside of meetings and bring updates to meetings.

Set up at tech hall
Alex will set up a site on the forums for getting volunteers
Also brainstorm on the forums

Talk to Ms. Cox about taking over the recycling bins for income.
